In one minute
LaConfi is Roberto’s own production commerce business and the software platform he built around its real operational needs. The system combines e-commerce, inventory, and business operations with customer communication and a substantial Meta/WhatsApp integration.
The problem
Manage inventory, income, expenses, customers, and a commercial presence from a system that could grow with the business instead of a pile of disconnected tools.

The engineering behind it
The platform evolves with the needs of a real commerce operation — connecting software, e-commerce, and customer communication instead of treating them as separate systems.
Architecture
Astro, React, and Vite on the client, with Firebase for the platform.
Meta / WhatsApp integration
WhatsApp was the hardest integration: credentials, authentication, business verification, validation of intended platform use, physical business legitimacy, and formal/legal validation in Costa Rica.
The verification and approval process took roughly one month. The integration is used in the product.
Current status
The system is in production and used in real operations.
